    Yes. In the booking flow the customer first selects service, then optionally a stylist (or "no preference"), then the open slot. Availability per stylist is synced automatically.

  • How does the deposit work?

    For services above a configurable threshold (e.g. $100), deposit becomes mandatory. Stripe Connect charges the amount at booking, the remainder at the venue.

  • What happens with no-shows?

    mekyn automatically sends a reminder email 24h before with a cancellation link. With last-minute cancellation your configured cancellation fee applies. In practice the no-show rate drops from 12% to below 5%.

  • Can I offer a waiting list?
