Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

— by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract in comparison with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services also if we have provided the service in full and if the performance of the service has only begun after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal if the contract is fully performed by us.
