  • Am I responsible for support?

    First level yes, you are the contact for your customers. For technical topics involving mekyn, you escalate directly to us — we respond in your tone (or directly to customer, depending on agreement).

  • How does billing work?

    You pay mekyn a wholesale price per active client account (Pro Agency: ~$16/account/month). End-customer prices you set yourself. You bill your customers directly.

  • What about GDPR and DPA?

    You sign a DPA with your customers as the processor, mekyn is your sub-processor. We provide you with a Master DPA including EU Standard Contractual Clauses — ready to pass on.

  • Can I test before committing?

    Yes. We offer a 30-day pilot program with up to 3 test clients, fully re-branded. Write us briefly with your agency description.
